And then there were two… in CD 4

Well, two if you don’t count Eric Eidsness… which no democrat does. Maybe that was harsh. No person in their right mind does. No way he will be able to fend off an angry mob of liberals… party swapping doesn’t normally bode well. Sorry Eric, I know your always contributing very thoughtful blurbs to this blog but it aint gonna happen.

The question on my mind is… where is Angie?

Ok so I admit I was a little heated when she dis’ed on her ’06 campaign staff in that email sent out to contributors; basically putting the blame on her staff. I happened to volunteer a good deal for her last year. I understand she needed to find a way to explain her loss so I was prepared to forgive.

I have been patiently waiting for her website to reappear since Betsy Markey announced and it mysteriously disappeared. All I see is a contribution note and a very large picture of her face staring at me. What’s the deal?

Apparently I’m not the only one disappointed in her performance thus far. The Rocky Mountain Chronicle seems to be unimpressed as well:

Today a little piece inside me, the remnants of my withering support for Angie Paccione… died.

    1. People need to look closely at these two and see what they are really about.  Right now it seems that it is just a beauty/political contest.

What real substance does these candidates have.  I’m not saying they don’t substance what I’m saying is that the debate is about money raising, name recognition et. when it should be on who is the best leader.

Don’t we want the person with the most substance and ability to make change happen?

  1. That’s why I said it bothered me… it’s only about contributing or volunteering. Why would I do either when she railed on her camp from last year? And when will she get a more professional site… one with actual information.

    Compare it to Betsy Markey’s:

    http://www.markeyfor

It make’s AP’s look like a 7th grade website project.

      1. Who does? Angie or Betsy? Maybe this should be a poll… 🙂

But you do have to give Ang some credit for having that famous flawless hair-do. Everytime I see her not a hair is out of place.

  2. so personally, since she wasn’t referring to unpaid volunteers. She was referring to the paid staff. You mentioned that you volunteered a great deal for her last year. I’m sure she wasn’t referring to you, since you weren’t on the payroll.

I believe Angie was specifically referring to the upper echelon of her paid staff and as a full-time volunteer on her campaign, I was very pleased to hear her voice what so many of us had also felt–that a few (not alot, but a few) of the paid staff were not up to the tasks they were assigned.

From the sound of it, Angie’s got a top notch campaign team lined up, starting with the guys that ran Perlmutter’s campaign.

Angie has two websites up, just so you know. One is the website Dan mentioned above and the other is her own with loads of information on it, while her current campaign website is being revamped.
